Whether it’s normal wear and tear or a tragic accident resulting in a bent cantilever, at some point there will come a time when your client will need a new cartridge. Now, you can turn that accident into an opportunity to upgrade! The process is really simple.
Order as you normally would indicate that you want to do a cartridge trade back. We’ll bill you at the normal cost with a notation at the bottom left side of your paperwork. Then, send us your old cartridge. Once we receive the original broken cartridge, we will add a credit to your account equal to the trade-in value noted below against the same or better cartridge. Credit may not be applied to a unit of lesser value.
